HOW MAKO THE MOOSE WORKS

Sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas children will awaken to find Mako the Moose in their home with a story book and a Moose Track note beside him introducing him to the family. After that exciting day, kids wake up each morning and search to find Mako hidden somewhere in the house with another Moose Track explaining the plans for adventure that day. Decorating Christmas trees, baking cookies, going to see Santa, or simply watching a movie together are all things that Mako loves to do. Mako loves to be hugged, held, and taken on adventures with the family. The more he is loved on by kiddos, the more magical he becomes.

While Mako knows Santa and they have a great relationship, Mako doesn't spy on kids in order to report to Santa. His focus is not on the naughty / nice list, but on helping kids have fun during the Christmas season and involving them in the plans.

Yes, there are times when Mako might make a small mess, but it's just because he tries to help out and his clumsiness gets in the way. A moose in a house is bound to make a mistake or two.

Kids love hearing from Mako and reading the Moose Tracks he leaves behind explaining the adventures they will have together. There are even times when Mako might leave a note encouraging kids to complete school work or clean rooms before having fun together that day. He loves being an encouragement to kids!

Mako doesn’t just plan for fun adventures, but occasionally he tries to help around the house. He might try to clean clothes or sweep floors, but he doesn't know how and needs a friend to help. Kids get the chance to teach Mako how to help out, and they learn so much more as they teach.

The goal of Mako the Moose is not to add to the endless to-do list that parents have, but rather help families create lasting memories during the Christmas season. Parents can introduce Mako to the family whenever and however they want between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and they decide exactly how to use Mako to enhance their Christmas season.

While it can be exciting for kids to wakeup and find Mako stuck in a Christmas tree or upside down in a mixing bowl, he doesn't always need a scene explaining his plans for the day.
